Thanks for choosing Party Latte for your event! We're excited to get the party started!
To make sure things run smoothly, please have a read through these booking terms:

Securing Your Date:
To lock in Party Latte, a 25% deposit is needed when you book. This confirms your date and gets us planning your perfect playlist.

Final Payment:
The rest of the payment is due 7 days before your event. This ensures everything is settled before we arrive, leaving you to focus on the fun.

Song Requests:
Got any special tunes in mind? Shoot us an email with your requests no later than 30 days before your event. If you add songs after that, a small fee might apply.

Travel :
If your event is more than 2 hours outside of Sydney's CBD, we'll need accommodation for each band member. We'll chat about the costs for this.

Food :
It'd be great if you could provide some food and drinks for the band. We'll keep the energy up and the good vibes flowing.

Encore!:
If you're having such a good time that you want us to play longer, that’s awesome! It's an extra $100 per hour for each band member. We'll invoice you for this after the event.

Band Line-up:
We'll do our best to have the exact line-up you booked at your event. But if something unexpected happens (like an illness), we'll let you know straight away and introduce you to a fantastic replacement player.

Looking After Our Gear:
We'll bring all the musical magic, but please make sure our equipment is safe from any accidental bumps or spills. You'll be responsible for any damage caused by guests or the venue itself.

Public Liability Insurance:
Party Latte does have public liability insurance, and we're happy to share the details if you need them.
